- The Lalín-based company, which thus joins the idea promoted by Arriva, recently presented its theatrical bus
Santiago, February 04, 2016.- The transport operator based in Lalín (Pontevedra), Autocares Presas S.L, joined a few days ago the Teatro Bus initiative initially promoted by Arriva. The idea is to use the bus as a space for theatrical performances and to bring shows to different population centers, as well as to entertain passengers who travel by this means of transport.
The Teatro Bus promoted by Autocares Presas S.L is developed on board a CS 40 Magnus model, bodied by Grupo Castrosua. It has a capacity of 60 seats and the interior is decorated like a real theater, with a stage integrated into the audience seating area. Each seat, as is logical, has a seat belt.
The list of shows that will be developed within the framework of this cultural initiative includes titles such as Traveling with Don Quixote, Spanish Music, Dulcinea of Music, Once Upon a Time, Lazarillo de Tormes, Hamlet, Curiosity Killed the Cat and Curtain Up
The CS 40 Magnus is a special body for vehicles of reduced dimensions that operate in urban areas. At the presentation of the Teatro Bus initiative, which was attended by representatives of the Lalín City Council led by its mayor Rafael Cuíña and members of the Esfera Bus (Arriva) team, the Lalín company also displayed a Stellae vehicle that it had also purchased from Castrosua some time ago.
