Last Tuesday, the new vehicles awarded in the latest tender to Grupo Castrosua were presented in Seville as part of a framework agreement for 100 units.
Nine are on MAN chassis and twenty-one on Scania chassis, all with Grupo Castrosua’s New City GNC bodywork.
All vehicles are 12 meters long and have 3 doors with space for two wheelchairs. Among their technical features, we can highlight that they are equipped with Hispacold air conditioning, Hidral automatic and manual ramps, and as the main innovation, they incorporate new LED headlights for both low and high beams.
Among those present at the presentation were the Mayor of Seville, Juan Espadas Cejas, the Manager of Tussam, Rubén García, the Technical Director of Tussam, Manuel Rosendo, Tomás Merino, Commercial Manager for urban vehicles at MAN Iberia, Juan Suárez from Scania Cica Sevilla, and from Castrosua, Francisco Romero, Commercial Manager for Castrosua.
With this delivery, TUSSAM once again trusts Grupo Castrosua as its main bodywork supplier. Furthermore, during 2019 and 2020, Grupo Castrosua will deliver another 60 units under this framework agreement.
