Grupo Castrosua has strengthened its team with the incorporation of Pedro Jesús Juan Boix as the new General Director. Pedro arrives with the objective of consolidating the transformation project already initiated and directing the company’s growth at a time of significant challenges.
Industrial Engineer from the University of Zaragoza and with an executive development program from IESE, Pedro has more than 20 years of experience in managing organizations in industrial environments, both in family corporate settings and multinational corporations.
Until his start at Grupo Castrosua, he served as General Director of the Spanish subsidiary of an Indo-Japanese multinational construction machinery company. Pedro Jesús is no stranger to the bodywork sector, as he was previously involved in it earlier in his professional career.
With this recent incorporation, Grupo Castrosua faces the new challenges of a constantly evolving sector with two essential objectives: strengthening the company’s competitiveness and launching new growth lines, all without losing the company’s identity.
