Grupo Castrosua is pleased to announce an update in the organization chart of the company, always seeking adaptability as a company to this environment in constant movement.

Javier Rodríguez Vilela has recently been appointed as Executive Director of  Grupo Castrosua. Javier has a solid and extensive experience of 20 years in the bus and coach sector, all of them in Castrosua, in which he has served as quality manager, after-sales and spare parts manager, purchasing and after-sales manager, as well as in the last almost five years industrial management and member of the management committee.

Javier R. Vilela is technical engineer from the University of Santiago de Compostela and has additional training in ISO 9001, 14001, 22301 standards, waste management and internal systems auditor, he is a senior technician in PRL and PRL systems auditor, as well as training in 2D and 3D computer-aided design, organization of Industrial Maintenance and various training in leadership skills.

The new Executive Director of Grupo Castrosua will continue to report directly to the CEO, Beatriz Castro, who communicated this internally in the company a few weeks ago where she highlighted the pride she feels for the human team she leads and the great work they do, as well as Javier’s proven professionalism and his loyalty to the house.

From Castrosua they thank Javier, not only for his absolute commitment, but also for the conviction with which he assumes the new position, with the greatest of illusions.
