Grupo Castrosua is pleased to announce an update to the company’s organizational chart, always seeking adaptability as a company in this constantly moving environment.
This involves the appointment of Javier Rodríguez Vilela as Executive Director of Grupo Castrosua starting this June 1st. Javier has a solid and extensive 20-year experience in the bus and coach sector, all of them at Castrosua, where he has served as Head of Quality, Head of After-Sales and Spare Parts, Director of Purchasing and After-Sales, and for the last almost five years, Industrial Management and member of the management committee.
Javier R. Vilela is a technical engineer from the University of Santiago de Compostela and has additional training in ISO 9001, 14001, 22301 standards, waste management, and internal systems auditor, is a senior technician in OSH and OSH systems auditor, as well as training in 2D and 3D computer-aided design, Industrial Maintenance organization, and various leadership skills training.
The new Executive Director of Grupo Castrosua will continue to report directly to the CEO Beatriz Castro, who communicated this internally within the company a few weeks ago, highlighting the pride she feels in the human team she leads and the great work they do, as well as Javier’s proven professionalism and loyalty to the company.
Castrosua thanks Javier not only for his absolute commitment but also for the conviction with which he assumes the new role, with the greatest enthusiasm.
