We speak with Marc Martinez, Head of After-Sales. The after-sales department of ScaITT, within the ITT group, consists of a total of 116 employees distributed across its four previously mentioned branches. The main objective is to offer the best service to its customers. Indeed, this department is oriented towards covering and ensuring the optimal functioning of the machinery for maximum peace of mind, offering quality assistance. To learn a little more about ScaITT, we spoke with Marc, the head of after-sales, who told us: ‘We are very happy with the ‘alliance’ we have formed with a top-tier bodybuilder like Castrosua, especially now with the EMT and TIB operation in Palma de Mallorca, as we believe it is an opportunity for both of us to do great work together and grow together.’ Some of Marc’s responsibilities as ScaITT’s head of after-sales include managing the smooth operation and coordination of ScaITT’s service teams. On the other hand, among his main tasks, Marc highlights many others he performs daily, such as coordinating teams from different branches, strengthening relationships with customers and striving to retain them with their services, and controlling the company’s after-sales profitability, given that margins are increasingly smaller due to market competitiveness, and trying to contribute new ideas and support the continuous technological and sustainability changes.
