Grupo Castrosua announces that it will restart its industrial activity on May 5th at its Carsa factory in Villagarcía de Arosa and on the 12th at its factory and headquarters in Santiago de Compostela, Castrosua.
These have been weeks of intense work to first ensure the health of its employees and to secure the necessary PPE for the restart, as well as to guarantee the supply of materials from its suppliers. Production will begin following a plan designed to care for the safety measures against coronavirus for its employees, as well as external personnel.
The prevention measures plan of Grupo Castrosua to reactivate production includes controlling temperature at entry and exit, using daily masks for all personnel, specific training, staggered entry and exit, distribution of break times, as well as a special protocol for cleaning and disinfecting common areas and tools after use. These new established protocols also restrict external visits, travel, and allow for teleworking in positions where it is possible.
