Grupo Castrosua took advantage of the Carrilbus Congress to deliver a new Stellae to Autos R. Outeiral. Present at the event were José Outeiral, owner of Outeiral, with his sons, and from Castrosua, national commercial director Beatriz Castro and intercity manager Isabel Souto.
Grupo Outeiral is a Galician family business, comprising 3 companies: Senin, Muñiz, and Outeiral. With over 60 years of passenger transport history, they specialize in regular and discretionary transport, both nationally and internationally. With this new unit, their fleet now totals 24 vehicles, all equipped with modern features.
The delivered vehicle is a 13-meter long and 3.80-meter high Stellae, specifically designed for long-distance travel. It is built on a Mercedes OC500 chassis and features 55 seats plus driver and guide.
The vehicle boasts a high level of equipment, including, among other features, a bathroom without sacrificing seating capacity, a vacuum cleaning system, wheel arch luggage compartments, USB ports and power outlets at each pair of seats, hot/cold air conditioning, and a convection system. It also includes parking lights, interior aisle lighting, and a backlit logo at the entrance.
Attention has also been paid to the driver’s area, with a faux leather seat with armrests, a lane departure warning system, rear parking sensors, a refrigerator, a cigarette lighter socket and USB port, a flexible microphone, a document holder, adjustable and heated mirrors, and a multimedia system with two monitors.
With this Stellae unit, Autos R. Outeiral, based in Boiro (A Coruña) and also with a headquarters in Santiago de Compostela, has now acquired two vehicles from Grupo Castrosua in less than a year.
