On the occasion of the Carrilbus Congress in Santiago de Compostela last Thursday, March 9, a Magnus.E LE unit was delivered to Autocares Interbús. The event was attended by Interbús manager Jorge Ruiz, Beatriz Castro from Castrosua, and José Ramón Menéndez from Scania.

This 13-meter long, two-door Magnus.E LE unit has been bodied on a SCANIA KUB 4X2 diesel multiplexed chassis and complies with Regulation 107, as well as school regulations and Regulation 66.02. User comfort has been meticulously considered, as there are no luggage racks on the entire platform. It features USB ports, air conditioning, and convection heating. Additionally, it is equipped with 45 seats, all with seatbelts and armrests, space for 32 standing passengers, and a wheelchair space with a seatbelt and ramp.

The driver’s area, in addition to the 45 passenger seats, includes a USB port, rear-view cameras, and cameras on the central door. It also has three video surveillance cameras with a video recorder and LED signs (including a rear school sign).

The delivered Magnus.E is designed for medium distances and is the first that Grupo Castrosua has delivered to Autocares Interbús. This Valladolid-based operator, with over 85 years of experience, boasts a modern, safe, and comfortable fleet with an average age of 2 years. Interbús was awarded the best regular transport company in Spain in 2016.
