During her three-month internship at our company, which has just concluded, Alba Ares Alvite worked in the Marketing and Administration departments. This 23-year-old student, who holds a degree in Business Management and Administration from the University of Santiago de Compostela and a Master’s degree in Business Management, rates her quarter at Grupo Castrosua very highly.
“I integrated very easily into Castrosua during my internship. Their project inspired a lot of confidence in me and I found it motivating, as did their team,” says Alba.
“It’s a perfect company to gain training because it has allowed me to deepen my knowledge in various management areas,” highlights Alba, for whom working at our company was her first significant work experience. “Although you have theoretical training that is useful in many situations, the day-to-day reality in a company is completely different from what you study,” says Alba.
She knows that she now faces, like many other young graduates her age, the job search. “It’s not easy due to the economic situation, but I believe that my time at Castrosua can help me because many organizations value having experience,” indicates Alba.
